Once again, fewer than 20% of applicants met the strict eligibility criteria to be shortlisted. This highlights a persistent gap in knowledge among many brands regarding their formulations and underscores the ongoing impact of greenwashing in the beauty industry.”

“The European Natural Beauty Awards (ENBA) is an international award that celebrates the highest-quality natural beauty products in Europe. What makes the ENBA unique is its strict selection standard: only products made with at least 99% natural-origin ingredients are accepted for evaluation.

Being shortlisted for the ENBA is a meaningful milestone. It means the products have passed our rigorous ingredient screening, meeting the highest standards of natural formulation, and are already among the most conscious in European beauty.
