There are over 70 Face Yoga poses! So, as not to overwhelm you, I want to be super selective in which poses to pick that are truly effective. I already have all the outline (below), but I thought it could be a good idea to hear your input/wish list so that I can incorporate them, as I will record the video modules in Ireland in November shortly.
There will be 5 modules total, including the 3 core modules with a collection of poses. Course release date is November 20, 2023 and I’m already so excited to share it with you!
