  • Connect with Beautiful Souls in a Private Society

    Whom you otherwise may not meet in your neighbourhood through an interactive, joyful, and relaxing session. Introverts welcome. An intimate Private Community to connect during non-session days will be available.

  • Guided Face Yoga

    We will close the session with 10-min of facial relaxation guided by yours truly, certified Face Yoga Method instructor. You will see what a powerful relaxation Face Yoga can bring you in such a sweet, short time.

  • Japanese Sake Philosophy

    Mini knowledge upgrade! Always learn something new for 10-min! From Sarika’s repertoire of Japanese Sake and related philosophy. Alcohol is not required.

Ciao! I’m Sarika

Lovely to meet you!

I'm a United Nations Official turned entrepreneur, on a mission to to share JOY through Japanese Sake & Face Yoga!

After living and working in 14 countries in 4 continents - Asia, Africa, Europe and North America - and starting a family, I founded my company, focusing on what makes me most HAPPY.

That’s sharing my love of Japanese Sake, while mindfully drinking Sake(!) with good people, and uplifting faces and emotions through Face Yoga.

During my workshops, I’m always so touched by the diversity and amazing people who show up. I feel like my superpower is bringing people together! I love (good) people! And, I wondered if I could just have a fun monthly gathering focusing on simply bringing together these beautiful souls like you! with a tiny bit of my expertise thrown in on Face Yoga & Japanese Sake / Philosophy. That’s why this Zen & Sip Society is a bit of an experiment! I truly hope to have you! Warmest welcome.

Questions & Answers

All the answers to be super transparent

  • Initially will experiment with 3rd Wednesday of the month every month at 8pm CET, with some exceptions.

  • No, the Networking portion will not be recorded because I want everyone to relax and not feel self conscious about what they're sharing. The Mini Knowledge + Face Relaxation could be recorded if people request.

  • It's totally up to you. Your favorite beverage, coffee, tea, smoothie, cocktails, anything is perfect!

  • Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime. There's no minimum commitment.
